With selected applications, we provide secure managed support via remote administration of in-house applications, decreasing staffing costs and increasing productivity.
Commercial arrangements are flexible and can be charged monthly, quarterly or annually (without capital costs).
Our Melbourne and Singapore based support desks provide responsive email and telephone support to those signed up to our Annual Maintenance Agreement. We provide first and second line support for the products we resell and options for 8hrsx5days and 24hrsx7days per week cover in Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, Europe and North America.
Registered Annual Maintenance Agreement customers have the option of online logging, access to call ticket tracking and receive updates on product maintenance through the service.
